We offer the sizes of 5×10, 10×10, 10×15, 10×20, 10×30, 12×25, 10×35, 12×30, 12×35, 12×50, 15×40, and 15×45.
It depends on how much you want to store. Typically, a 1-bedroom home can fit in a 10×10 to a 10×15, a 2-bedroom home will require a 10×15 to a 10×20, and a 3-bedroom home will need a 10×20 to a 10×30. Do not forget vertical storage — you should be able to stack items to about 7+ feet in any of the units we offer.

No, never any type of deposit. Upon renting a unit, the first month’s rent must be paid.
Whatever is most convenient for the customer. We accept cash, check, debit or credit card in person or by phone. You can also go on Auto-Pay, pay on the internet, or have your bank draft and send a check each month.
Absolutely, and there is no extra charge for this service.
Go to the website and register. You will be asked a few basic questions like your name, address, and unit number. After that, you can return to the website whenever needed and make your payment quickly and easily.
Two things happen. First, you will get a $10.00 late fee added at five days late and another $10.00 late fee added at fifteen days late if payment still has not been made. Second, if your account is delinquent, we will contact you by phone, text, or email to remind you that payment is due.
We are very security conscious. The security of your property is of utmost importance to us. Our facility is gated and has cameras throughout.
Yes, we have both.
We do not provide locks, but we do sell them in our office if needed.

If you forget your access code, just contact our office. After proper identification, we will be happy to give you the number or code you registered when renting the unit. If you lose your key, you will need to contact the office to arrange for one of our staff members to cut the lock.

Yes, our facility is well lit, and you should feel comfortable being on our property after dark.
You do not need an appointment. Just stop in during office hours, and any one of our staff members will be happy to help you.
We prefer that you come into the office. You will need to sign a Rental Agreement, and our staff can answer any questions you might have.

Bring whatever you want to store, and help unloading if you need it. Do not forget to bring a lock, or purchase one in the office.

Yes. We are happy to help you sign up for the coverage you need.
Disassemble furniture when possible so you can store more. We also recommend using plastic tote bins because they hold quite a bit, protect your items, and are easy to stack for maximum vertical storage.
Use blankets to wrap wood furniture, and use plastic tote boxes for smaller items, clothes, linens, books, toys, and similar belongings.
